We’re Phil and Chris and we set up The Progression Collaborative in 2024 to deliver practical and impactful support for people who wanted to make progress, in whatever way is right for them. We’ve been friends for many years and have worked together for almost a decade, sharing the same passion for making a difference.

Name

Phil is a highly effective Lean Practitioner and Quality Improvement specialist with over 30 years’ experience of delivering across health and social care, forensic crime laboratories and automotive manufacturing, working in the UK and internationally. Naturally strategic in thinking, a high-energy approach builds engagement and rapport with clients, translating aspirations and plans into results.

Name

Chris is a high calibre Human Resource practitioner, who has lived and worked in various countries throughout Europe and the Middle East with a proven track record of successfully implementing change processes and of facilitating and delivering Human Resource improvements. Chris is a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to delivery of tangible results.
